Your management system for Job Reports and technical Tasks that helps employees to plan appointments, fill out intervention, track time, manage warehouse and automatically set scheduled maintenances in Calendar.
Your customers enter their requests for assistance and you receive them in the program, detailed and organized in the Ticket section

On-site Technician takes photos of the work carried out as evidence of the activities performed

D-TEC allows you also to manage at best Tickets of Assistance request. Based on a User friendly interface, all your Customers can use it. With the functionalities of customization of Ticketing portal, you can offer your Customers a support experience that seems an extension of your website.
