Your new management system for work reports and technical assistance that helps operators to plan appointments, fill out intervention reports, control the movements of technicians, manage warehouse loading / unloading and automatically set scheduled maintenances in agenda.
Your customers enter their requests for assistance and you receive them in the program, detailed and organized in the Ticket section
Organize the date and time of the interventions from the Desktop workstations or even from the Tablet and Smartphone
Decide who will intervene, when, where and preparing in time the material you need and the equipment
Define the daily intervention planning of all your collaborators
Check in real time the interventions carried out and the materials used
Share work reports with the Customer and with the administration that can invoice them
The on-site Technician takes photographs of the work carried out as evidence of the activities performed
Once the work report has been completed, the Technician will collect the Customer's signature as approval
Write intervention reports from any device, fixed or mobile, even without being connected to the internet
Ticketing to manage request of your Customers
D-TEC allows you also to manage at best the Tickets of assistance request. Based on a User interface easy and simplified, all your Customers can use it. With the functionalities of customization of the Ticketing portal, you can offer your Customers a support experience that seems an extension of your website.
